Black History Month is being showcased in a personal way with this month’s display window at the Barnesville-Lamar County Library. In addition to books, albums, magazines and other documents from and about African-Americans in history, Ruby Allen decorated the window with some of her collection of one of a kind vintage clothing from the 1940s, ’50s and ’60s. It all aims to tell a story.
