The ‘˜Sharp Objects’ premiere totaled 2.1 million viewers in its first day. That total includes rebroadcasts and online streaming numbers. The overnight ratings for episode two of the series which aired July 15 showed a little bump with an estimated 1.59 million live viewers. Live and same day ratings reflect only a fraction of the audience for HBO shows. The premium network’s programs receive significant lifts from encore, DVR, on-demand and streaming audiences. https://player.vimeo.com/video/280424447
