They were brought up: Troy Turner, Little Man Akin, Baby Buckner et.al. as the 40th anniversary Buggy Days celebration kicked off for real Friday night with the venerable street dance at Ritz Park. A good time was had by all under a harvest moon over downtown Buggytown.
