The Barnesville Pro Rodeo hosted another annual 4L Rodeo on Friday and Saturday. Both nights saw over two hours of cowboy entertainment with calf roping, team roping, barrel racing, bull riding, and lots of rodeo clown festivities featuring ‘Punkintown’ Smith. Sponsored by Dodge and announced by Jerry Todd, the rodeo was a fine sampling of all there is to do in Barnesville, Georgia. Riders were bucked all night long. One rider each night saw their 8 seconds through but not before the colors were presented on horseback and ‘˜Punkintown’ entertained the fans. Several little cowboys sat ringside watching all the action including this calf roping success.
