Just over an hour ago the Herald-Gazette reported that Colleen Grantham woke up this morning only to find her beloved friend, pet and company mascot, Dixie, gone. Dixie, a 5 year old pitbull mix with a red collar and a rabies tag has long been the face of Grantham’s Lady Bug Pest Control. She was not alone though as her companion Misty, a 3-year old 1/2 lab and 1/2 Australian mix, also turned up missing. After careful combing of her neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods both dogs were found, dirty but unharmed.
