Former Barnesville municipal judge Henry Abreu will go before Judge Tommy Wilson at 9 a.m. Monday June 8 for his second probation revocation hearing in less than a month. Abreu, who violated the terms of his house arrest and was jailed over the Memorial Day weekend, is likely bound for prison to serve out the remainder of a probated sentence for two counts of furnishing alcohol to minors, permitting an unlicensed person to drive and violation of oath of office. On that same date, the June term Lamar County grand jury is scheduled to take up additional allegations of stalking and solicitation of sodomy against Abreu.
