Accused killer Williams in court July 11

The man charged with killing local cab company owner John Dixson will be in court July 11 as motions are heard in his case. Jamarris ‘Man’ Williams, 24, is charged with stabbing the 76-year-old Dixson, stealing his cab and leaving him to die in a gully off Forsyth-Yatesville Rd. here. Williams faces trial on three counts felony murder, malice murder, armed robbery, two counts aggravated assault and hijacking a motor vehicle. Williams is represented by public defender Wanda Johnson.
