Alford, Fouts qualify in Milner

Paying their qualifying fees were Jody Alford and Bridget Fouts. Alford, 42, lives at 101 Pecan Dr. ‘“ within walking distance of city hall ‘“ and is a police officer for Gordon College. He is the son of longtime council member and mayor Sam Alford. Fouts, 31, lives at 123 Bellflower Way and has been a Milner resident one year. Her parents live in the city and her grandmother Frances Manry was a longtime councilwoman and volunteer at city hall. She is a pharmacy specialist with Kroger.
