All but one suspect in rap case cleared

For reprint permission, e-mail news@barnesville.com. *************** Charges of terroristic threats and acts filed against Elix Mayes, Frederick Sherard Harden, British Jerome Wyke and Bryan Antwaine Wyke in connection with the case were dismissed Sept. 1, 2011 by the district attorney’s office. The dismissals were not handled in court. The fifth defendant, Immanuel Rotimi Babjide, is due in court Feb. 21 to face charges of terroristic threats and acts, threatening a witness, two counts of entering an auto, theft by receiving stolen property, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and tattooing.
