The chamber of commerce is pleased to invite everyone to Summers Field for the [Almost] Anything Goes games tonight. The event, long a part of the Buggy Days festival, was reprised last year and returns again for 2009. Now an annual event the games include the three-legged race, sack relay, water balloon toss, etc. The team from Bankston Lumber took home the gold last year but several teams have talked “upset” this year. It promises to be a good time. The games begin at 6:30 p.m. and they will go on RAIN -OR- SHINE! Boy Scout Troop 17 will be on hand to provide concessions.
