The top spot in the Region 5AA standings and all-important seeding for post season play will be on the line Friday night when the Lamar County Trojans battle the Callaway Cavaliers at Trojan Field. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. Callaway is 4-2 overall and 4-0 in the region. Lamar is 4-1 overall and 3-0 in region action. Lamar had last week off to prepare for the Cavs.
