And, our driver of the month is….

A Collier Road man was charged with DUI after he and three passengers narrowly escaped death when he pulled in front of a Norfolk Southern freight train here last week. Charles Reynolds, 38, of 414 Collier Road was southbound on Crawford Road when he pulled onto the tracks and his car was struck at 1:20 p.m. August 4. The 1998 Toyota Camry was pushed 367 feet down the tracks. Reynolds was driving with a suspended license. He was also charged with failure to yield to a train and DUI (drugs) pending toxicology results.
