The Barnesville Animal Shelter reopened November 18 after nearly six weeks of renovation work. ”It’s like it has always been in that the center is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Operations have fully resumed and we are pleased with the facility as it is now. We’ve done a bit of work out there including painting, new flooring and some dog runs,” city manager Kenny Roberts said.
