Austin wins state 300M title

Lamar County High School junior Lawrence Austin has won the Class AA 300 meter hurdles state championship at the Georgia Olympics in Jefferson. Austin’s time, 38.60 seconds, was second best of the seven classifications in the event. The Trojans scored 45 team points at the meet to finish fifth in AA.-Ken K. Green
