Ingredients: 3 cups cooked potatoes 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup green onions 1 cup sour cream 1 clove minced garlic 1 cup shredded cheese 1 tbsp. parsley paprika Directions: Combine all ingredients except the shredded cheese.
