BARNESVILLE POLICE

Between Saturday, July 31, and Friday, Aug. 6, the Barnesville police department made nine arrests: Angela Caine, 260 Harrell Cir., Barnesville, Cobb County warrant; Paul Coursey, 119 Aldora St., Barnesville, possession of marijuana; Anna Herndon, 168 Oakdale Dr., Milner, theft of services; Ruyqing Liu, 102 LaFayette St., Barnesville, disorderly conduct; Johnny McCraney, 49 Charlie Jones Rd., Thomaston, possession of marijuana and seat belt violation; James Morton, 99 Thompson Lane, Thomaston, DUI; Tina Pittman, 755 Autumn Bluff, Fairburn, disorderly conduct; Tina Smith, 201 Olivia Lane, Barnesville, disorderly conduct; Michael Sullivan, 601 Smith Rd., Thomaston, possession of marijuana and seat belt violation.  Officers answered 95 calls for service including five accidents, six alarms, one fire department assist, seven building security checks, three burglaries, two criminal trespass, two crowd control, one damage to property, nine disturbances, two dog complaints, two domestics, 21 escorts, two fraud, one gas drive-off, two harassment, seven miscellaneous, seven noise complaints, three parking violations, seven suspicious persons/vehicles, two thefts, one traffic control, one welfare check and two 911 hang-ups. They issued 15 citations including three disorderly conduct, one DUI, one move over law violation, three possession of marijuana, four seat belt violations and three speeding.
