Barnesville police

Between Monday, Aug. 23, and Friday, Aug. 27, the Barnesville police report made six arrests: Brett Coppock, 170 Oakdale Dr., Milner, 26 counts obtaining dangerous drugs by fraud; Tracy Faron, 208 Taylor St., Barnesville, theft by taking and three counts party to a crime; Trawick Moore, 208 Taylor St., Barnesville, nine counts theft by taking; Joseph Mueller, 208 Taylor St., Barnesville, theft by taking; Jerez Watkins, 182 Howard Rd., Barnesville, two counts theft by taking; British Wyke, 101 Olivia Lane, Barnesville, seven counts financial transaction card fraud and theft by receiving stolen property. Officers answered 63 calls for service including seven accidents, two alarms, 11 building security checks, one burglary, three crowd control, one damage to property, seven disturbances, two dog complaints, two domestics, eight escorts, one fraud, one juvenile complaint, two miscellaneous, two noise complaints, one reckless driving, one stolen vehicle, five suspicious persons/vehicles and five thefts. They issued 14 citations including one defective equipment, one failure to stop at stop sign, one improper lane change, one loud music, three red light violations, one seat belt violations and six speeding.
