Between Saturday, April 25 and Sunday, May 3, the Barnesville Police Department answered 321 calls for service.The call included three fights, three animal complaints, one juvenile, 11 security checks, two thefts, three loud music complaints, three burglaries, 11 domestic problems, one follow up call, one call by phone, 34 meet in person requests, 41 foot patrols, 18 suspicious person/vehicle reports, 29 stopping person or vehicles, three speeding, six accidents, three ambulances needed, one hit and run, nine convoys/escorts, 10 alarms activated, two damage to property, one special detail, one 911 hand up, one mental subject, 15 citations, eight speeding, one failure to obey traffic control device, one failure to yield while turning left, one failure to stop, one headlight violation, two safety belt violations and one loud music complaint.
