Between Friday, May 21 and Friday, June 4, the Barnesville police department made four arrests:Melissa Anderson, 109 Freeman Rd., Barnesville, theft by shoplifting; Shalena Bunn, 4 Graham St., Barnesville, shoplifting and resisting arrest;Zachary Curtis, 1617 Carriage Hills Dr., Griffin, possession of marijuana;Roshunda Shaw, 202 Mill St., Barnesville, disorderly conduct.Officers answered 92 calls for service including five accidents, four alarms, one EMS assist, 17 building security checks, one burglary, two crowd control, three damage to property, five disturbances, three dog complaints, one domestic, 13 escorts, one fight, one harassment, one juvenile complaint, nine miscellaneous, three noise complaints, two shoplifting, 13 suspicious persons/vehicles, one terroristic threat; two thefts, two welfare checks and two 911 hang-ups. They issued 27 citations including one disorderly conduct, one failure to stop at stop sign, one no license on person, one possession of marijuana, one resisting arrest, 13 seat belt violations, six speeding, two shoplifting and one wrong way on one way street.
