Between Saturday, Sept. 25, and Friday, Oct. 1, the Barnesville police department made nine arrests:Dyran Banks, 2417 Derrell Dr., Macon, fleeing and attempting to elude, red light violation, obstruction of an officer, reckless driving, speeding, driving while unlicensed, criminal trespass and striking a fixed object.Gregory Brooks, 201 Washington St., Atlanta, forgery;Cantrell Ellis, 508 Terry Dr., Griffin, false report of a crime;Fredrick Harden, 101 Olivia Lane, Barnesville, giving false information to a law enforcement officer;Adam Middleton, 2001â„2 Pine St., Barnesville, disorderly house;Johnny Ogletree, 227 Washington St., Barnesville, DUI and speeding;Michael Partridge Jr, 2001â„2 Pine St., Barnesville, disorderly house;Drew Thompson, 2001â„2 Pine St., Barnesville, disorderly house;Brian Wyke, 101 Olivia Lane, Barnesville, driving while unlicensed, obstruction and head light violation.Officers answered 65 calls for service including nine accidents, four alarms, one EMS assist, 11 building security checks, three crowd control, two damage to property, 13 escorts, three fraud, one forgery, two harassment, five miscellaneous, one noise complaint, one prowler, one stolen vehicle, six suspicious persons/vehicles, one theft and one welfare check. They issued 24 citations including one criminal trespass, three disorderly house, one DUI, one driving while unlicensed, one failure to obey traffic device, two failure to stop at stop sign, one false report of a crime, one fleeing and attempting to elude, one giving false information, one obstruction, one open container, one parking violation, one possession of alcohol under age, one reckless driving, six speeding and one striking a fixed object.
