Between Saturday, Nov. 20, and Friday, Nov. 26, the Barnesville police department made four arrests. Lakendrick Head, 113 Hunter St., Forsyth, theft by taking; Latravia Shropshire, 512 Vineyard Rd., Griffin, disorderly conduct; Michael Sites, 746 Greenwood St., Barnesville, theft by shoplifting; Reginald Smith, 350 Grove St., Barnesville, probation violation, driving while license suspended and seat belt violation. Officers answered 71 calls for service including four accidents, one alarm, 19 building security checks, one burglary, three damage to property, three disturbances, four domestics, 12 escorts, one harassment, one loud music, eight miscellaneous, one shoplifting, eight suspicious persons/vehicles, one terroristic threat, three thefts and one welfare check. They issued 21 citations including one disorderly conduct, one driving while license suspended, two expired tags, one loud exhaust, one seat belt violation one shoplifting and 14 speeding.
