Between Saturday, March 12, and Friday, March 18, the Barnesville police department made the following arrests: Thomas Brooks, 130 Park Place, Barnesville, probation violation; Christopher Lenning, 45 Alljoy Rd., Bluffington, S.C., possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine and Brantley County warrants; Charly Odom, 190 Warner Rd., Barnesville, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of cocaine; Curtis Oneal, 231 Washington St., Barnesville, disorderly conduct; Brandon Redding, 270 Yatesville Rd., Barnesville, DUI, failure to stop at stop sign and resisting arrest; Phillip Vigil 108b B St., Barnesville, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of cocaine. Officers answered 63 calls for service including four accidents, two alarms, one EMS assist, 35 building security checks, one burglary, one crowd control, one disturbance, three domestics, four escorts, one fraud, one harassment, one miscellaneous, one prowler, one shots fired, one stolen vehicle, two suspicious persons/vehicles, one terroristic threats, one traffic control and one welfare check. They issued 14 citations including one disorderly conduct, one DUI, one failure to stop at stop sign, one following too closely, three parking violations, one resisting arrest and six speeding.
