Between Monday, May 25 and Sunday, May 31, 2015 the Barnesville Police Department made five arrests, including:William Oglesby, 31, 618 Spencer Street, Barnesville: theft by taking;Benjamin Woods, 40, 118 Kate Court, Barnesville: disorderly (fight, brawl, riotous);Levi Brooks, 51, 110 12th Street, Barnesville: probation violation;Waltrel Wallace, 21, 132 Sardis Street, Barnesville: child support warrant;Lakevius Walker, 30, 108 Sullivan Street, Barnesville: driving while license suspended.The Barnesville Police Department answered 121 calls for service, including two fights, four animal complaints, 20 security checks, two thefts, one loud music, three burglaries, five domestics, 13 meet in person, 25 foot patrols, eight suspicious person/vehicle, six stopping person or vehicle, one suicide or attempt, one accident, one intoxicated pedestrian, eight convoy/escorts, one civil matter, nine alarms activated, one mechanical breakdown, five damage to property, two harassing phone calls, one improperly parked vehicle, two wanted/stolen. Officers issued five citations, including one driving on suspended license first offense, one speeding, one failure to stop at stop/yield sign, one disorderly, and one theft by taking.
