Barnesville police report

Between Saturday, Jan. 30, and Friday, Feb. 5, the Barnesville police department made three arrests:Dustin Brown, 450 Pates Lake Ct., Hampton, possession of marijuana;Kate Courtois, 102 Maddox Rd., Griffin, possession of marijuana;William Shaw, 260 Mill St., Barnesville, disorderly conduct.Officers answered 96 calls for service including four accidents, eight alarms, 17 building security checks, two crowd control, two damage to property, four disturbances, two domestics, 23 escorts, one fight, two harassment, nine miscellaneous, two noise complaints, three prowlers, 12 suspicious persons/vehicles, one theft, three welfare checks and one 911 hang-up. They issued 44 citations including one disorderly conduct, one failure to stop at stop sign, four loud music, two possession of marijuana, one no license on person, 29 parking violations, four speeding and two window tint violations.
