Between Saturday, June 19, and Friday, June 25, the Barnesville police department made five arrests:Omar Alvarez, 246 Bolderway, Stockbridge, driving while unlicensed and speeding; Tabitha Brown, 5724 Riverdale Rd., Atlanta, probation violation;Corinthian James, 429 Cirus St., Griffin, disorderly conduct;Jerome Jones, 533 E. Solomon St., Griffin, disorderly conduct;Rachel Scott, 235 Rock Quarry Rd., Yatesville, failure to appear.Officers answered 89 calls for service including five accidents, four alarms, one EMS assist, 16 building security checks, four crowd control, two damage to property, five disturbances, one dog complaint, six domestics, 11 escorts, one fight, one fraud, one harassment, two juvenile complaints; six miscellaneous, one sexual assault; 14 suspicious vehicles, five thefts, one traffic control and two 911 hang-ups. They issued 15 citations including one criminal trespass, two disorderly conduct, one driving while unlicensed, two failure to stop at stop sign, two seat belt violations and seven speeding.
