Big hole at Summers Field

City crews dug deep beneath old Summers Field in downtown Barnesville Thursday, exposing a peat bog and and old storm sewer.The workers were looking for a sewer line to tap into for the restrooms in the old dressing room building that is being renovated for use at the park that will be constructed on the site, according to James Blackmon.
