Two men were denied bond by Judge Bill Fears in Lamar superior court Tuesday. One is charged with manufacturing meth and has a long criminal history. The other faces multiple counts of sexual exploitation of children and other charges.Charles R. Sanders Jr. was seeking bond on multiple counts involving a raid on a camper behind a residence in which he was living. He was found in possession of items used in the methamphetamine manufacturing process.Prosecutors noted Sanders had 29 previous arrests and a meth conviction in 2002. Judge Fears agreed with the prosecution argument to keep Sanders in jail.Steven D. Hall faces 17 counts of sexual exploitation of children for having child porn on a computer. He is also charged with child molestation and drugs not in original container. He has unrelated charges in Butts County.He was granted bond here on August 14. As a bond condition he was ordered not to have access to the internet. A check of his residence in Troup County resulting from the Butts charges resulted in officers locating a Kindle with internet access.For that reason, Judge Fears revoked his bond.
