Ingredients:1 jar of buffalo wing sauce (I use Moore’s)Tortilla chips4 cups shredded cooked chickenBlue cheese crumblesChopped celery Directions:Bring 1.5 cups buffalo sauce and 1/2 cup water to a simmer. Add 4 cups shredded cooked chicken; heat through. Strain the chicken (reserving the sauce) and spread over tortilla chips with cheddar. Top with blue cheese, chopped celery and the reserved wing sauce.
