T-shirts have been unveiled for the 32nd annual Buggython Road Race, which traditionally kicks off Saturday’s events for Buggy Days. The race will begin at 8 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 19. The Buggython benefits local school athletics and is sponsored by local businesses. There will also be a 5K run for men and women and two mile fun walk for everyone. Registrations will be taken right up until race time at 7 a.m. the day of the race. Fees are $20 for adults, $17 for 12 and under and $10 for the two mile walk. Prizes will be awarded for first through third places and male/female overall and in various age groups. There will be special master’s awards in both races. All finishers in the two mile walk will get a T-shirt. Water will be provided along the race route and nutritious snacks will follow.
