Candidates in the Milner city council race and two local battles for seats in the Georgia House of Representatives have been invited to square off in a candidates forum here tonight. The forum, sponsored by the chamber of commerce and Georgia Farm Bureau, will be held at the Barnesville Civic Center beginning at 6 p.m.
