One of the men involved in the incident is Dustin McMillan, age 35, address unknown. He has been charged with driving with a suspended license, driving too fast for conditions and failing to maintain his lane. He could face other charges as well. The second man is Jeremy Fulghum, 31, address unknown. He has only been charged with a seat belt violation so far but will likely face other charges due to the pending investigation. Traffic was backed up for hours after the wreck and stretched for miles down I-75.
