Mrs. Carol Elizabeth Vining, age 64 of Milner, Georgia passed away Monday, August 13, 2018 at Brightmoor Hospice in Griffin. Mrs. Vining’s request was to be cremated, a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Conner-Westbury Funeral Home, 1891 W. McIntosh Rd, Griffin is in charge of arrangement Mrs. Vining was born on July 29, 1954 in Thomasville, Georgia. She is preceded in death by her father, William W. ‘Billy’ Carter; sister, Vali Carter; brother, Wesley Carter and grandson, Austin Phillips. Survivors include her husband Randy Vining; son, Kenneth Ashley Floyd; daughter, Sharon Cochran and her mother, Shirley Carter.
