Carolyn Bethune O’Kelley

Carolyn Bethune O’Kelley age 97, of Milner, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.
Carolyn was born in Milner, Georgia on March 8, 1925. Her parents Daniel D. Bethune and Carrie Lou Martin Bethune, her husband, Herbert C. O’Kelley, and son Herbert Carlton O’Kelley, Jr., all preceded her in death. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and was retired from American Mills.
Survivors include her children, Teresa McKinley, Harry and Rhonda H. O’Kelley. Her  grandchildren are Stacey Head, Stephanie Banks (Justin English), Michael O’Kelley (Marie), Carey O’Kelley (Katherine), Josh McKinley; and great grandchildren, Gracelyn Banks, Cayden Banks, Katelyn O’Kelley, Harper O’Kelley, Rhett O’Kelley Conner McDade, Barrett McDade, Travis McDade, William Head, Tristin English, Rachel English, Makenzie English; great-great grandchild, Lilly English; niece, Regina Stephens; nephew, David Bethune (Paige).
A visitation was held Friday, March 10, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Bethel Baptist Church, Milner. Interment followed in The Church Cemetery.
