A high speed chase involving a stolen Suzuki motorcycle that began in Monroe County came to an end when the driver ditched the bike behind Midway Church off Hwy. 36 West in Lamar County Wednesday afternoon. The driver, a male in tan pants and a black shirt, fled into the woods. A Monroe deputy deployed a canine to no avail. The suspect was still at large at 3 p.m. More to follow…
