The Barnesville city council affirmed at its meeting Monday night that Halloween will be celebrated on Saturday, Oct. 30. The vote was unanimous.
That same night, the postponed Buggy Days concert will be held at Summers Field Park.
The Halloween Carnival sponsored by local churches at the park has been moved to Sunday , Oct. 31.
