The case of Jennifer Clark, who faces multiple charges stemming from the murder of her estranged husband last November, has been assigned to attorneys from the Georgia Public Defender Standards Council. She will be arraigned January 14, 2010. GPDSC usually handles death penalty defenses but there has been no indication death will be sought in her case.
