A motions hearing in the Jennifer Clark murder case originally set for Thursday, August 12 in Lamar superior court has been postponed. The hearing will now be held on Friday, August 20 at 9 a.m. ’We expect the hearings will take most of the day and we already have a long calendar on the 12th,’ district attorney Richard Milam said. Clark allegedly killed her husband Donald Clark with a baseball bat and dumped his body in a Redbone corn field where it was found Christmas Eve 2008. Thursday’s court time will be filled with arraignments and hearings in Rudy Vaughn’s attempt to retrieve property seized after his arrest in connection with an interstate commercial cargo theft ring.
