Clark strikes out on motions to suppress

All of the statements made by accused killer Jennifer Clark to law enforcement before and after her arrest have been ruled admissible in her trial which is set for January. Judge Tommy Wilson ruled against the defense motions in an order signed October 19 and filed in Lamar superior court today. Clark faces murder charges and multiple additional counts in connection with the death of her estranged husband Donald Clark Donald Clark was beaten to death with a baseball bat. His body was dumped in a Redbone cornfield where it was found on Christmas Eve, 2008. Clark’s codefendant – her lover Michael Yost – previously entered a guilty plea and was sentenced to life in prison. As part of the deal he must testify against Clark.
