Class of ‘˜11: No pass, no walk

The board of education plans to change its policy to stop allowing students who do not pass the Georgia High School Graduation Test to walk in commencement ceremonies. The only question is when the change will take place. At the Jan. 12, meeting, the board heard most students allowed to walk without meeting graduation requirements ‘“ there were 15 in 2009 ‘“ never come back to retake the tests.
