The Lamar County commission unanimously approved Brutz English’s racetrack at its regular meeting Tuesday night. The commission mandated operating hours of 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. on Sunday. The planning commission had earlier tweaked other operating restrictions.
