Confederate history feted at Greenwood Cemetery

The Barnesville Blues Sons of Confederate Veterans Camp 2137 held annual Confederate Memorial Program at Greenwood Cemetery in Barnesville Saturday, April 21. Camp commander Col. William D. Lindsey presided and presented an artillery salute. Christopher L. Browning was the guest speaker. Other participants included the Camp color/honor guard, re-enactors of the Georgia 27th, the Gray Bonnet Society, the Daughters of the American Revolution and bagpiper John Cavanaugh.
