By Walter GeigerThe following cases were adjudicated in Lamar superior court May 17 with Judge Tommy Wilson presiding: ’¢ Joseph Christopher Mueller, sale of marijuana: not prosecuted.’¢ Brenda Lee Davis, keeping a disorderly house: failed to appear, bench warrant issued.’¢ Jatori Davis, obstruction, driving without a license and failure to stop at a stop sign: failed to appear, bench warrant issued.’¢ Darius Jerel Ivey, financial transaction card fraud and theft by receiving stolen property: new to calendar, continued.’¢ Jeston Jerome Evans, suspended license, fleeing and attempting to elude, DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, open container violation and obstruction: failed to appear, bench warrant issued.’¢ Albert Keith Fambro, DUI, giving false information, suspended license, failure to maintain lane, failure to yield and driving on the wrong side of the road: failed to appear, bench warrant issued.’¢ Thomas Wayne Faulkner, possession of marijuana: 12 months probation, $500 fine plus surcharges.’¢ Robbie Fiqueroa, possession of meth, first degree forgery and giving false information: failed to appear, bench warrant issued.’¢ Jeffry Horan, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon: five years probation, $1000 fine plus surcharges, forfeiture of firearm and search and specimen clause.’¢ Marlon Marvin Miller, illegal reproduction of recorded material, suspended license, expired tag and improper lane change: not prosecuted. ‘¢ Stewart Heath Morrison, disorderly conduct: 24 hours in jail, credit for time served.’¢ Christopher Andrew Odom, possession of marijuana: failed to appear, bench warrant issued.’¢ Annette Partin, burglary: not prosecuted.’¢ Kevin Lee Partin, burglary: not prosecuted.’¢ Robert Eugene Smith, two counts burglary and obstruction: failed to appear, bench warrant issued.’¢ Arnesto Darnell Walker, simple battery and criminal trespass: not prosecuted.’¢ Cary Scott Wilson, three counts aggravated assault, two counts terroristic threats and acts and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon: continued.’¢ David L. Walker, VGCSA (cocaine): revoked three years and 17 days probation.’¢ Jarrett W. Dixon, VGCSA (cocaine); revoked one year, four months and seven days probation.’¢ Hugh D. Arnolds, possession of meth: revoked two years, nine months and three days probation.’¢ Leonard O’Brien, 12 counts fraudulent insurance claims: motion for expungement granted.’¢ Howard L. Anderson, failure to maintain lane, tampering with evidence, possession of marijuana and obstruction: bond granted.’¢ Terry N. Lee, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute: bond set at $7500.’¢ William Hester, two counts sexual exploitation of children: bond hearing continued.’¢ Walid Ezzine, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute: bond set at $10,000.’¢ Jessica H. Judy, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of a controlled substance: bond set at $2500.’¢ Steven L. Coe, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, suspended license, illegal window tint: bond set at $10,000.’¢ Gerald Beach, possession of marijuana: $600 fine, 30 days in jail or revoke balance of probation.’¢ Jeffery L. Abercrombie, theft by taking: probation revocation dismissed.’¢ Chasity K. Walker, possession of cocaine: three years probation, $500 fine plus surcharges.’¢ Jody A Kerr (aka Jody A. McCall), printing, executing or negotiating fictitious checks: six months in jail, three years probation and $395 restitution.’¢ Demarcus B. Jenkins, theft by taking: $900 fine or revoke 70 days probation.’¢ Bryce Arsenio Smith, robbery by intimidation: five years in prison, five years probation under first offender act.’¢ Sharoz Smith, felony possession of marijuana and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon: 10 years probation and $5000 fine.
