Lamar County debuted its new website Friday. Commission chairman Jay Matthews said the site is important as another means of communication with citizens. ”This is something I had asked to be developed as a way for us to keep the citizens informed of what is taking place in their county government and to provide another means for citizens to communicate with their county government,” Matthews said.
