Four finalists have been chosen for the open county manager position, The Herald-Gazette has learned. They are former city councilman Cecil (Butch) McDaniel of Barnesville; former county administrator Bob Zellner of Redbone; Jerry Presley of Nicholson, Ga.; and Jason Tinsley of Clarksville, Ga.
