A Barnesville couple will appear in Lamar superior court before Judge Tommy Wilson Jan. 17 for hearings related to a 2017 child molestation case. Constance Bowman Gosnell and Herschel David Gosnell of 301 Broyles Ave. are charged with two counts each of child molestation involving two minor females. The pair allegedly discussed sexual activity, performed a sex act in front of one of the girls, displayed sex toys in their presence and offered the victims the opportunity to watch pornographic videos. Both the victims were also teased about the size of their breasts, according to warrants taken by BPD investigator Bryan McWhorter. The Gosnells were indicted by the June, 2018 grand jury.
