Criminal element: Arraignments scheduled

The following persons were indicted by the March term grand jury and will be arraigned before Judge Tommy Wilson on May 17 at 9 a.m. in Lamar County Superior Court: Joseph Christopher Mueller, sale of marijuana; Robert Haralson, child molestation and 12 counts sexual exploitation of children; Dewayne Bowers, theft by receiving stolen property; Jesse Lee Singleton, burglary and theft by taking; Jeremy Marion Ennis, possession of methamphetamine and conspiracy to commit a felony; Antonio Travis Goddard, armed robbery, two counts aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; Travis Lee Mitchell, two counts reckless conduct; Arlon Tremaine Graves, entering an automobile and criminal attempt to commit a felony; Devin Nakia Adams, theft by receiving; Tony Jerome Akins, two counts Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act; Timmy Jerome Alford, possession of hydrocodone and two counts possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute; Jeffery Max Beach, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute; Mandrickas Buckner, possession of cocaine; Holly Diana Caswell, two counts simple battery, endangering a child by DUI and DUI; Joshua Paul Crowe, statutory rape; Brenda Lee Davis, keeping a disorderly house; Jatori Davis, obstruction of officers, driving without a license and failure to stop for stop sign; Ricky Seth Dawson, criminal attempt to commit a felony; Stephen Lee Dukes, family violence aggravated assault; Jeston Jerome Evans, driving while license suspended, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, DUI less safe, leaving the scene of an accident, open container and obstruction of an officer; Charles William Farrow II, possession of meth with intent to distribute and two counts possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute; Jonathan Kelly McBride, possession of meth with intent to distribute and two counts possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute; Albert Keith Fambro, DUI less safe, giving false information to police officer, driving while license suspended, failure to maintain lane, failure to yield upon entering roadway and driving on the wrong side of the road; Thomas Wayne Faulkner, possession of more than an ounce of marijuana; Robbie Fiqueroa, possession of meth, first degree forgery and giving false information to a law enforcement officer; Lacey Smith, possession of meth, giving false information to law enforcement officer; Fredrick Lagarius Freeman, theft by receiving; Jean Paul Giroux, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute; Jonah Jerome Riley, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute; Marty Harris, manufacture of meth; Gregory Donald Kilchriss, manufacture of meth; Timothy Bryan Kilchriss, manufacture of meth; Jeffrey Horan, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; Jeffrey Jenkins, family violence battery; Marlon Marvin Miller, illegal reproduction of recorded material, driving while license suspended, expired tag and improper lane change; Stephanie Morris, theft by taking and criminal trespass; Jason Purcell, theft by taking and criminal trespass; Stewart Heath Morrison, disorderly conduct; Christopher Andrew Odom, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana; John Parrott, child molestation and sexual battery against a child under 16; Annette Partin, burglary; Kevin Lee Partin, burglary; Adrian Lavar Pridgon, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and improper display of license plates; Miquel Quinones, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana; Kimberly L. Rawls, possession of meth and theft by shoplifting; Adonis Jamaal Smith, theft by taking; Robert Eugene Smith, two counts burglary and obstruction of an officer; Christopher Steiner, trafficking in marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute; Randy Demetrica Sullivan, possession of cocaine, possession of meth and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony; Arnesto Darnell Walker, family violence simple battery and criminal trespass; Christopher Welch, manufacture of marijuana and possession of a schedule II controlled substance; Cary Scott Wilson, three counts aggravated assault, two counts terroristic threats and acts and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; Steven Wilson, theft by taking.
