A Culloden man was arrested August 31 and charged with child molestation and other sex abuse charges after allegedly plying teenage girls with drugs and alcohol and assaulting them. Randy Bill Hay, 52, sometimes recorded the sex acts he performed with his victims, authorities said. Hay is charged with four counts of aggravated child molestation, two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and one count each of child molestation, statutory rape and sexual exploitation of a child. Monroe County sheriff’s investigators continue to work the case and reported the abuses had been occurring for the past two years. Hay is being held in the Monroe jail without bond.
