Dad-Daughter Dance is Saturday and you can help

The annual Dad-Daughter Dance will be held Saturday, Feb. 10 at the Women’s Clubhouse at 105 Stafford Avenue in Barnesville from 6-9 p.m. The dance has been sponsored for many years by First United Methodist Church.

Local photographer Allison Perkins will provide photo packages. She will begin taking photos at 5 p.m.

Tickets are $5 and available at Ace Hardware, Goggans Florist, House to Home and the church office.

Volunteers are needed to supply snacks (no peanut products), help with preliminary set up on Friday, blow up balloons and assist with final set up Saturday. Greeters and kitchen help are also needed during the dance and help will be needed with clean-up afterward.

Golf carts and drivers are also sought to transfer attendees from the Gordon parking lots to the dance.

If you can be of assistance or need more information, call the church office at 770.358.1494.
