Barnesville city manager David Rose died Saturday after a battle with kidney cancer. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 14 at Rock Springs Church. Visitation will be held at Williams-Westbury Funeral Home on Wednesday, Jan. 13 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.
