The dawn of the new decade has meant the end for two popular businesses in downtown Barnesville. Georgia Chic on Atlanta Street, an establishment popular with the early morning breakfast crowd, ceased operations at the first of the year. On Monday morning, visitors to Red Rooster on Main Street were greeted with a sign notifying customers the business had “decided to close”.
